Campbell Walsh - Winter training update

An impressive snowman, made up in Scotland today by my sister Kimberley! There is only a tiny bit of snow in Nottingham, but temperatures have been below zero for over 2 days. It’s the first really cold spell of the year.

Up till now, I’ve been doing more technical paddling on the whitewater than I normally would for the start of winter. I’ve mixed things up with a bit of indoor climbing, mountain biking and orienteering (including a blue course win this morning!)

I’ll now switch to a more classic block of mainly physical focussed training until I travel to Australia in search of the sun in mid-January.
